Cutting out 3ft x 4ft board
This module assumes that you already have a 3ft x 4ft board cut out from 4ft x 6ft board (most likely)
Smoothening the edges
Reason - The top deck is just cut - It will have sharp edges. Also there will be splinters pointing out. This is uncomfortable and dangerous to use.
You can use a planer or a sanding machine to do this job. We used a planer to chip of the edges. After that we used a 60 sandpaper to further smoothen the edges.
